走る時、骨盤を前傾させてへそ下を突き出すような
姿勢を維持してランニングしています。
そうすると体が勝手に進む感覚があるのですが、
それプラスお尻と足の裏側のハムストリングを
使って走る感覚があります。

どういう感覚かというと
こういう感じです。筋肉を使って走るというよりは
脚のバネというか、画像のような足首がついた
竹馬で走るような感覚があります。
なので走り終わると太股やふくらはぎよりは
裏モモの方が重くなります。
自分はバッティングの構えでも骨盤を前傾させて
ハムストリングの伸びを感じてスイングをしてるので
ランニングでここが鍛えられてもっと上手く使えるように
なればバッティングにも良い影響が出るかも。
